Through reading the works of children's literature master Eric Carle with our children, we as parents are reminded that we must respect the development of each child and let them 'be themselves'! Every child has their own strengths, lifestyle, characteristics and needs, and parents should understand, respect, appreciate and give them space to grow at their own pace.
